Welcome to our Sushi workshop service. By booking and participating in our workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made before the scheduled workshop date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in our cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event for a partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested no later than 3 days before the workshop.


3. Participation

  • Workshops are designed for participants of all skill levels. Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Participants are responsible for adhering to all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our team.
  • Alcohol consumption during workshops is permitted as agreed upon as part of the event.

4. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the workshop due to participant negligence or failure to follow instructions.
  • Participants agree to handle equipment and materials provided with care.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All workshop materials, including recipes, techniques, and demonstrations, remain the intellectual property of our company. They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking is used solely for workshop arrangements and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Force Majeure

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

8. Feedback and Complaints

  • We value your feedback to improve our services. Complaints or concerns should be reported to us promptly during or after the workshop.
